Assemble the centrifugal bowl, spout housing, cover, clamp, chute, and containers as shown in manual; plug into an outlet. Select speed: Press + / - to choose the speed for your produce (see chart); you can also press & hold Pulse for a burst at speed 6. Let the juicer run 5 seconds before adding produce. Juice: Turn the juicer spout OPEN, add prepared produce to the chute, and press with slow, even pressure using the pusher‚Äîdon‚Äôt force it. Empty the pulp container as needed. Self-Clean (optional): Open the pusher lid, fill with water, select CLEAN, then pour water in a slow, continuous stream while the cycle runs. Repeat if necessary. Finish & clean: Wait for juice to finish flowing, then close the spout. Power off and unplug. Rinse parts; place pitcher, pulp container, and brush in the dishwasher or hand-wash all parts.
